My name is Tosin Yusuf.
Lived my early years in one of the most populated cities in Africa — a place alive with ambition, but where dreams often felt too heavy to carry.
Where believing in something bigger for yourself could feel like carrying an invisible burden.
Where survival sometimes crushed even the strongest visions.

Still, I dreamed.
After graduating from engineering school in 2014, I carried a bold vision:
to solve one of the world's greatest challenges.

But as the years passed, reality blurred that vision.
Obstacles multiplied.
The noise of doubt grew louder.
There were moments when the dream seemed so distant that it was easier to stop chasing it.

Still, something deeper held on — faith, belief, and the stubborn light of vision.

In 2019, armed with nothing but prayer, purpose, and perseverance, I moved alone to Germany.
Far from home.
Far from certainty.
Carrying nothing but a fading dream and a heart still full of hope.

I doubted.
I stumbled.
But I still moved.

One step at a time, faith became my map.
Vision became my anchor.

Today, I work with one of the world's leading equipment manufacturers — walking in spaces that once only existed in my imagination.
Proof that what feels impossible today can be reality tomorrow.

But this story isn't just about me.
It’s about you.
